5 June 2025, 08:50 NZST: An upstream provider has identified the root cause of the issue and has applied a fix. The planned network change has been rescheduled to 10 June 2025, 19:00–22:00 NZST

3 June 2025, 22:00 NZST: We have identified an issue with one New Zealand ISP's network. The change is rolled back successfully and service status is confirmed. We will follow up with our upstream service providers to investigate the problem further.

During the previous maintenance window on 28 May 2025, part of the planned changes was reverted due to reported connection issues affecting routes from a specific ISP.

To address this, we will proceed with a revised implementation approach and monitor its impact closely.

Maintenance Window:
Start: 10 June 2025, 19:00 NZST
End: 10 June 2025, 22:00 NZST

Impact:
There may be service disruption of up to 30 minutes during the change window. Routing paths may also change as we implement the new connection and advertisement.
