12 August 2025, 21:15 NZST: The work is complete. During the upgrade, we identified an issue with our secondary router and resolved it. Our network is now operating with full redundant paths. As part of our regular network upgrade cycle, we will perform firmware upgrade on our core routers. This work involves a reboot of the device. Maintenance Window: Start: 12 August 2025, 19:00 NZST End: 12 August 2025, 23:00 NZST Impact: There is no downtime expected, as our redundant network design will maintain service continuity. However, customers may observe path changes as routing adjusts during the update process. We will provide an update once the work is complete. #
