We are working on network upgrades in both our Hamilton and Auckland NetValue Hosting data centers.

As part of this work, we will be performing a series of maintenance tasks across the HAM-DV infrastructure including updates to VLANs and MTU packet sizes.  This maintenance affects only services running in Hamilton.

Maintenance Window:
Start: Thu 22 May 2025, 19:00 NZST
End: Thu 22 May 2025, 22:00 NZST

Impact:
Each affected server may experience a brief downtime of up to 10 minutes during its scheduled maintenance window.

We will provide updates to this notice as work progresses and once the maintenance is fully completed.
